Why am I getting a refund when I didn’t ask for a refund on my items?
At Zylker, we’re shipping a large number of orders on a day to day basis. Our warehouse staff processes the orders in a chronological order. Sometimes, if there is a lag, it may appear that an item is available, or in stock on our website. However, the item may have been pre-ordered by someone else. In this situation, we will process an immediate refund. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
