Why didn't I receive an email about my order getting shipped?
We usually take 3-7 business days to prepare your products before shipment. Once they’re ready to ship, we will send you an email, and you can track your shipment as well. If you still haven’t received an email 7 days after you’ve placed the order, please contact Zylker Customer Care.
